Our attorneys provide legal advice on the following matters:

     -Identifying alternative financing sources which are necessary to the public authorities or economic operators for the development of certain investment projects;

     -Obtaining financial support from the structural funds granted to Romania by the European  Commission through the Sectoral Operational Programs 2007-2013, by preparing and submitting project financing applications to the Management Authorities;

     -Implementing the investment projects financed by structural funds pre-adherence and post-adherence;

     -Exercising the contractual rights of the economic operators, representing parties to the public procurement contracts financed by structural or budgetary funds in the sense that the attorneys shall express and advocate the economic operators’ contractual claims on the grounds of the provisions of FIDIC contracts not only before The Dispute Adjudication Boards (DAB) but also arbitration commissions;

     -Identifying the legal methods to obtain financing for certain investment objectives for which budgetary or community funds had not been granted (through public-private partnerships or concession of public assets), and providing specialized legal advice to draft „the attached document” and/or the awarding documentation and identifying the best methods to establish the contractual risks allocation.
