Real Estate
If you are in need of real estate advice, our real estate attorneys provide a wide range of services for you. 

We handle land title examinations when you purchase land or a home or when you re-finance your mortgage.  We also offer general representation of buyers or sellers in purchase-sale transactions.

We prepare and review contracts, deeds, seller-financing documents, restrictive covenants for new subdivisions, and all other property transaction legal documents.

We will represent you on such issues as driveway and easement problems, boundary disputes, partitions, adverse possession claims, foreclosures and other quiet title matters. We always seek to settle these disputes when possible but we fight for you in court when necessary.

Condominium & Homeowner Associations
We also represent Condominium and Homeowner Associations in all facets of Board business, including preparation and enforcement of CC&Rs, bylaws and board action. 

In addition to past representation of these organizations, Mr. Kahn previously served as Commodore and Board Member of the Newport Yacht Club (serving the community of Newport Shores), and he has extensive knowledge, insight and experience in handling matters unique to Condominium and Homeowners Associations.
